TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PRICING:
Prices listed in this price book are distributor net prices. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Typographical and other errors are correctable.

TERMS:
2%, 10 days from date of invoice, net 30 days. 1-1/2% interest per month (18% per
anum, or maximum legal rate) on all past due invoices.

FREIGHT:
All shipments are made F.O.B., Alphretta, GA. On orders of $400 and more, freight will be prepaid and allowed. On orders less than $400, freight will be prepaid and added to customers invoice. Special routing and/or instructions subject to additional charges.

PROOF OF DELIVERY:
Request for proof of delivery must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Shortages must also be reported within 10 days.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:
In the event damaged merchandise is receivesd, it is important that the following steps be taken:
1. Retain original shipping carton
2. If shipment was received through UPS, contact your local UPS office and request an inspection. UPS must inspect the merchandise. Return of material must be handled by UPS.
3. If shipment was received by common carrier, note the damage on the bill of lading (on ALL copies), and have B/L signed by the driver. If damage is concealed, call the carrier immediately for an inspection of damaged merchandise.

QUANTITY VARIANCE:
Due to the nature of manufacturing, we reserve the right to overship or undership quantity ordered by ten percent (10%).

OSHA:
Material Safety Data Sheets are availabe on request.

RETURNED GOODS:
No returns will be accepted without prior approval and a return authorization number.
Restocking charge is 15%.
All returned goods must be prepaid.
No returns will be permitted for special or custom-made orders.
No merchandise may be returned after six months from the date of shipment.
All claims of shortages must be made within 10 days after receipt of goods.

WARRANTY:
Future Abrasives warrants products we sell to be free from defect in material and
workmanship when used under normal conditions, with safe operating speeds. Future Abrasives' only responsibility shall be to replace any items proved defective or refund product price of defective material. Before usins, user shall determine the suitability of the product for the intended use, and the user assumes all risks and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. This warrant is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.
